Who we are

OA Hero is a Chrome extension published under the FBA Mogul software umbrella. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Email address — via Devise when you register, to issue licence keys and send support emails.
• Stripe customer ID — stored alongside your licence so billing updates reach your account.
• Licence key — stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers beyond the initial issue.
• Brand-warning cache — stored in your browser for 24 hours per product to reduce API calls.
• Feedback submissions — stored in our database and relayed to our private Discord for response.
• Retailer queries — forwarded to Amazseller.com to identify the retailer you're viewing.
• Rate-limit logs — IP addresses retained for 1 hour to enforce per-IP quotas.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness.
• We do not use your data for anything unrelated to OA Hero's single purpose (giving you sourcing context on product pages).

Third parties

We use Stripe (payments), Keepa (Amazon product data), Amazseller (retailer data), and Discord (internal support). Each is a data processor on our behalf.
