OA Hero is a digital software service licensed for individual use by Amazon sellers. Because activation grants immediate access to proprietary software and API features, all sales are final once a license has been issued or a subscription has been activated.

2. No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for any digital purchases of OA Hero licenses, subscriptions, or upgrades. Please review the product details and trial information carefully before purchase.

3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment or technical billing issue), please contact us here within 7 days of purchase.

4. License Transfers

OA Hero licenses are non-transferable and cannot be resold or assigned to another party without written approval from WhiteKnight Software Ltd.
